The Greater Changes Center for Families provides a targeted, comprehensive service plan with program participants that leads to positive self-sufficiency outcomes.
We aim to reduce recidivism by providing program participants tailored services (e.g., coping, financial literacy, living skills) and opportunities (e.g., employability skills, job placements.)
Our organization develops a well-coordinated system of wrap services (e.g., mental health) to support restoring self-sufficiency for program participants. This includes providing trauma informed services to support program participants heal from their past.
